Welcome to the Calabasas Pickleball Club (CPC), the brainchild of three Calabasas locals, including two friends who've shared a bond since their Chaparral Elementary days in the 80s. As the popularity of pickleball soars, we noticed a glaring gap in facilities for enthusiasts and professionals alike. That's where CPC steps in – a space conceived out of a sheer need for a dedicated pickleball environment.
At CPC, we're setting the stage for pickleball aficionados and newbies to enjoy the game in Los Angeles. Forget the days of struggling to find a suitable court to play with your kids or being mismatched with players of different skill levels. Here, we understand the nuances of the game – yes, you can play singles too!
But CPC is more than just courts and games. We're a social nexus, a gathering spot for the community to connect, celebrate, and stay fit together. With the fastest commercial internet available, you can even take a work break or share your court victories on social media.
We're committed to providing a seamless playing experience. Whether solo or looking for a group, we'll ensure you get the game you desire. Our membership cap will help ensure court availability, with platinum members enjoying prime scheduling privileges. Get ready for professional tournaments, club matches, liveball, lessons, and a culinary journey led by renowned chef and Calabasas resident, Jet Tila.
CPC will unfold in three phases. The first, arriving in early 2024, introduces 16 courts, temporary amenities, and the "Pickleball Exchange" retail hub. The second phase will see a transformation of the existing stables into a championship court, additional facilities including body recovery areas, locker rooms, and possibly a gym/Pilates studio, not to mention, a permanent "Pickleball Exchange" location.
The third phase is where you, our members, come in. We've reserved nearly an acre for your ideas – a pool, tennis courts, more pickleball – we're listening. Your vision will shape our club's future.
Our community commitment extends to charity, with initiatives supporting breast cancer awareness and BarryBall's mission to provide sports access to underprivileged youth.
As a Calabasas resident, I'm thrilled to bring this venture close to home, inviting members from across LA and Ventura counties to join us. Here's to sharing the joy of pickleball and the beauty of Calabasas.
